Kids Spring Workshops, 2023
Over the course of 2 weeks, kids from age 5 to 18 joined our Spring Workshops. Every day had a hand-building different project, and older kids had the chance to create on the wheel.
Popular projects included birdhouses, lanterns, animal sculptures, and anything mushroom-inspired!
Melis Buyruk @ Crn Art Design
Porcelain artist, Melis Buyruk, conducted her first Dubai workshop series at our studio in February 2023.
Participants worked to create intricate organic forms inspired by Ernst Hackel's work. Key focus areas included creating large porcelain forms from smaller delicate pieces, designing and hollowing solid forms safely, and designing pieces using colored porcelain slip.
